The Polycom Conference Suite is an all-encompassing software package that includes three fully integrated modules: Network Aware Scheduler, Video Network Management and Room Control.
The Polycom Network Aware Scheduler makes it easy to schedule conferences by providing users with the power to invite guests, book rooms, and select necessary equipment, all from within Microsoft Outlook or through a Web interface. For IT professionals, the Polycom Video Network Management provides tools to proactively monitor, control, track and adjust the network by utilizing an easy-to-use graphic web interface as needed from any location. With the Polycom Room Control, users can control conference room equipment at a remote location thousands of miles away--or just across the hall.
