iVIEW Video Communications Scheduler provides an intuitive web-based scheduler centrally managing an organization's conferencing, collaboration and meeting resources, including multiple time zone scheduling, attendee invitation, recurring events, reporting capabilities and network resources.

Resource and Capacity Management for Quality Conferencing
VCS network mapping defines physical network topology including devices, network connections, and bandwidth available for video conferencing between any two routers.  VCS uses this information to simulate traffic flows, device usage, and bandwidth consumption at any given moment on the network, ensuring that all the necessary resources are available for any given conference at the scheduled time. 

VCS Scheduling and Notification
Just enter your conference time and subject, choose services and invite attendees.   Personalized templates make it easy to save your most frequently used settings.  When conference time arrives, VCS will automatically connect participants across the network.

Advanced Flexibility
VCS matches attendees to default terminals and terminals with their conference rooms.  However, in cases where attendees are traveling, want to dial in, or add a password to the conference, VCS provides an advanced page for changing default settings.
