Polycom Unified Conferencing is a revolutionary conferencing solution that supports PSTN and IP voice conferences, ISDN and IP video conferences or mixed voice and video conferences on one MGC platform. In a Polycom Unified Conference, all voice and video conference participants have access to all of the conference features expected in video or voice conferences. Conference entry queue, roll call, question and answer sessions, and voting and polling sessions are examples of features that can be utilized in a unified voice and video conference. One set of management applications is used by operations support and by end users. The same web browser and IVR/DTMF application interfaces are used to schedule and to manage a Unified Conference or to support the MGC platform.
